Trying to get things with financial aid figured out before I do financial check-in. There's been so much screw up in the past week that I'm just being able to do it today.

44 minutes and 31 seconds.



But my call is very important to them. They've told be about ten times.

Make sure you fill out the FAFSA for federal aid.

If you have the time, just go in...I had some issues with them last summer and on two different occasions was on hold for at least 45 minutes each time and still had not got through and had to go somewhere...probably work....but i went in when i had some time and it was about 30 minutes later and everything was taken care of...

but then again that is not always the case because i know plenty of people that have waited over and hour when going in...so i guess its a lose/lose situation

Why not simply hoof it over to CN and the Student Services Center???

You're able to talk to a representative online, sometimes that's faster.

this is true in most cases...but i have been told a week before classes start about issues with my financial aid...this being after I completed financial check in and everything was good to go on there....it ended up being a glitch on their end...but it took 3 days for them to figure that out...

they must have the T-Mobile customer support working on this. It took me at least 2 hours once to get them to fix the double charge and order for a new phone, guess they wanted me to own two cell phones.

It was the last day for financial check in. That's what was taking so long.

I hung up after 53 minutes.
