I dont mind this at all...the city was doing Mark and Jeff a favor by a big tax break and being responsible for upkeep...it doesnt surprise me that they wanted to name it Borel/Allen Park though  I'll be surprised if they want their name on it in 10 years

A park bordering the Cornerstone neighborhood will not be transferred to the city as originally planned because officials refused to name it after the site’s developers.

Cornerstone partners Mark Borel and Jeff Allen offered to give the city a 19.5-acre park on Greenview Drive on the condition it carry the name “Borel/Allen Park.”

No kidding...I guess they just want to be remembered 20 years for now for park and not the construction blunders that they've incurred the last 6-8 months

Someone is a little confused:

"For his part, Helgeson said he doubted the public would truly be barred from the park.

“We have parks in the city; do we police them to make sure no county residents come in?” he asked. “Unless they’re going to put up Constantine wire around the perimeter and hire Cornerstone guards who are going to check everyone’s pass,” others will be able to access it."

Concertina wire is sometimes mistakenly called, sometimes by soldiers and marines constantino wire. "Constantino" probably came from a corruption/misunderstanding of "Concertina" and led to confusion with the Roman Emperor Constantine. This in turn has led to some people trying to differentiate between concertina wire and "constantino" wire by incorrectly assigning the latter term to what is commonly known as razor wire. In contrast to the double-helical construction of concertina wire, as shown being deployed by soldiers in the image, razor wire, or less correctly "constantino wire", consists of a single coil of wire with projecting teeth periodically along its length
