Tom Jones Drugstore to close in Boonsboro.

This was a real neighborhood place. When I sprained my knee and needed crutches they just handed me a pair and said to bring them back when you are done. No deposit or ID required. They always had everything we needed.

This has probably been coming for a long time. It was only a matter of time after Tom sold out a few years back.

They were planning to hold fast up till a few weeks ago , and had said no to 3 other offers. They said it would have been dumb to pass up the 4th one.
