"The food is so good,” Slaughter said. “I’m not just saying (that).”
Christian starts piling food into the Styrofoam containers.
“I don’t give nobody no little bit,” Christian said.
A plate cost $5.95, and Christian packs so much food into the containers, most people eat it for lunch and dinner.
Christian’s food has been known to be a “paralyzer.” After eating a whole meal, you may need to take a break, undo your belt and catch a nap.
“I want you to get your money’s worth,” Christian said.
For the rest of the day, Christian continues to serve heaping plates of home-cooked food.
“I love to cook,” Christian said. “I guess that’s my gift from the Lord.”
