Anyone going to watch?

Solid card...Anderson Silva, who some consider to be the best pound for pound in the world right now, is headlining.

Thus far I'm wishing I had the last hour of my life back. Hopefully things improve soon.

The reason they are offering this is because Affliction has one of the best cards I've seen in a LONG time tonite on PPV

FEDOR is on the card...and that's all you need to know...the best in MMA...even the UFC couldnt sign him

Anderson Silva had a 1-punch KO tonight in his match. Otherwise the rest of the card was basically a snoozefest.

Yeah, felt ripped off that I sat through all of that garbage to watch Silva wreck Irvin in 30 seconds.

It's only a matter of time before Fedor comes over to UFC.

I just dont think so...they offered him more then they offered anyone else and he wouldnt budge...there is so much more money out there for him then the UFC

I couldn't disagree more. Every fight in the Affliction Event was a decent fighter against a nobody or a has-been. The production value was horrible!!!! Fedor was on the ticket, but everyone else was a joke (The announcers even talked about how great he is and well known that he is only known by one name, like Tiger and Jordan - then proceeds to mispronounce his name the first 20 times). UFC had much better fights and was much more entertaining. Affliction getting Megadeath to play some songs was a really bad choice and seeing Don Johnson and Trump all night made the event even more of a joke. They lost their shirts last night and my guess is this was the last Affliction event you will see.

Sometimes it's a matter of fighting the best in the world...and the best in the world fight in the UFC. The money is there but the competition isn't. Sylvia was at one time regarded as a top-heavywieght, so he certainly wasn't a pushover. Fedor will come around eventually and the UFC will crap themselves over it.

Yeah I spoke in very general terms when I said best card...Fedor being on it is what made it IMO...I dont plan on watching any of it other then his fight (I suppose I will download it) but the main event is a good match up...that sucks that the production wasnt good...I guess they used 99% of their budget on the fighters and nothing else

I'd love to see him come over to the UFC...Randy C. was begging for a fight against Fedor...but the UFC couldnt make it happen...he REALLY wants him bad before he's done for good...b/c in his mind there is still doubt if he's the best HVT in the history of MMA...and really Fedor is the only one that he needs to fight to answer the question....google it...there are a few good articles about him begging for the fight

That would be a great fight. It will happen. I'm sure they will work some kind of deal to make it happen.
