Braves slugger demoted to the minors

Slumping Braves outfielder Jeff Francoeur was sent to the minors to work on his hitting, with his average having dropped to .234.

I'm glad they got rid of his moth problem, maybe now he will hit better.

He listened to the media guys who said he was never going to be a great power hitter and put on something like 17 lbs. of muscle in the offseason which has completely ruined his swing. It's also slowed down his defense a bit.
The Braves aren't going anywhere this year. They need him to settle down, find his swing again, and be ready for next year.
