Police said in a news release that shortly after 2 a.m. a uniformed bicycle patrol officer observed the 24-year-old Vick and a female sitting in a vehicle, involved in an altercation. When the officer asked for a driver's license, police say Vick sped away and was stopped minutes later.Did the cop catch him on his bicycle or did he call for back up?
