NHL Awards Tonight

Anyone have predictions on who might win Player of the Year. I for one, am hoping that Alexander Ovechkin cleans up so people will know how good he is and how overrated Crosby is.

crosby overrated??? cmon man you must be a pens hater. ovechkin was great this year, but he did not lead his team out of the first round....crosby almost had the cup.

Not a pens a hater but OV didn't have 1/4 of the talent Crosby had and they went from last in the Nhl to a division title.

Seriously, I dont follow it at all...but man...Crosby's the only reason I would actually turn it on

I haven't watched much NHL this season...but Crosby is very good...though, like any really good player, he is overhyped....but he is very marketable and the NHL is very smart to ride him for all he's worth...especially since he is so young....

congrats to ovechkin on sweeping the awards, he was truly deserving! crosby is a more marketable player, thus the hype, and he is the face of the NHL and will be for some time. ovechkin needs help in DC and hopefully he will get it because if it were not for a hurricanes choke job the caps would not have even made the playoffs.
