The fans in Red Stick are a warped lot.

Thankfully despite the best efforts of some to spin the "War of Aggression" we didn't have to deal with the consequences of such a series.

Everyone knows the conservative Rebel gun-lovers of the South would easily whip the liberal gun-fearing Yankees of the North now...I say its time for round 2, especially if Obama wins

And as a transplanted Mid Westerner (We stayed out of that one, we had soybeans to harvest and the pesky French to deal with) one of the first things I was told when I moved out the "Where Our Nation Reunited" was "Son, just remember, some of didn't lose the war, we just went home!"

technically i have lived in the south for over half my life....but most people don't consider florida the "real south"...but i have been around plenty of people down there that hold the crutch that is the civil war....

To go even further away from the original thread.

Arizona had a Civil War battle. The location is about 15 miles from my house at Picacho Peak. I believe it was the furthest west the war was fought.
