Equal access to athletic opportunities...primarily designed at increase women athletic opportunities. In most cases, it has resulted in decreasing existing men sports. Wrestling is one of the sports most often axed. In this case, it is being axed in favor of another male sport being created.

In LU case, wrestling was created and we're adding Women's LAX and Women's swimming...pretty much the way the law was intended.

Baseball has developed into a legitimate revenue source in recent years beyond the elite programs. So now nearly every BCS school in the country without baseball is reevauating their use of resources.

Not to mention in the land of the Ducks...having to hear about OSU winning back-to-back titles and their school not even having a program.
