Great game for Lester. I watched the first few innings (MLB Extra Innings) and switched over to basketball after the game got out of hand. I wasn't even aware that he was no-hitting them at the time (of course it was the fourth inning when I switched it off). I wish I had stayed around to see the whole thing. The highlights look like he was throwing pretty well.

Great moment when he got the hug from Francona after the game.

Dayton Moore has the Royal's looking good...not to mention my boy Guillen is starting to swing so look out!
