2008 NHL Playoffs

i know we have few hockey fans here, but the NHL playoffs have been pretty good so far and though we will not see a sid the kid vs. alex ovechkin matchup the conference semifinal matchups are still good.
EAST
pittsburgh over NY rangers
montreal over philly
pittsburgh over montreal
WEST
detroit over colorado
san jose over dallas
san jose over detroit
STANLEY CUP FINALS
pittsburgh over san jose

I like hockey...not a huge follower of the NHL...but if they were on ESPN instead of Outdoor Net or whatever the heck that station is called then I could watch it more.....

Well the Red Wings bombed the Avalanche 8-2 to complete a 4 game sweep so if Colorado > all then Detroit > Colorado (at least this year)

I caught some of that shellacking last night. The Avs really didn't even bother to show up. Congrats to our Motown fans on the board.

I don't think the Av's are really that bad......I just think Detroit is that good.

the pens are looking very good!! their defense is very underrated. whomever they play in the finals it should be a great series!!
