Big South Conference Play Tournament Round

We will continue this into the conference tournament. You obviously can't make your picks until the pairings are announced which will be either late Saturday or Sunday. Let's keep the same sentiment going with a minor twist for this round. When the brackets are released, go ahead and pick ALL your winners through the championship game AND the spreads just like normal. You will NOT be able to change your picks after the first round is over or the second round. So once you make your picks they are final.

Scoring will be as follows:
Pick correct margin regardless of round-2 points
Pick correct winner in first round-1 point
Pick correct winner in semi's- 2 points
Pick correct champion- 3 points
Pick all 4 first round games correct-2 point bonus
Pick both semi-final games correct-2 point bonus
Pick entire bracket correct-5 point bonus

If you have any questions go ahead and ask them, to make sure we are all on the same page before the tourney starts.

Are we supposed to pick who we think is going to win now? Seems like everytime I pick the other team to beat us, we pull it out.

High Point has been known to choke when it matters, I'll be more than shocked if they win it all.

Coastal (6 seed) @ High Point (3 seed) I would not be surprised if there was an upset here but I think HPU isnt gonna let Coastal do to them again what they did once already this year HPU 11-15

WU 11-15

Semifinals

HPU@ WU HPU 1-5

Championship

Ok here is the deal...if Winthrop wins on Saturday, jc takes the whole enchilada. UNCA wins, this pretty much holds as it is...maybe a couple folks change position (as no one picked UNCA to win the whole tournament)

Oh woe is me...I lost...

In all seriousness, I had fun. It was great to remain competitive right down to the last game. Im looking forward to hopefully trying this with football in the fall. Congrats to JC for winning, you were consistent from the first round to the last. Enjoy your victory, hopefully I will be able to turn the tables next season. :)
