Watching MASN before the game and The John Riggins Show is on.... (I've never watched it, or ever heard of the guy), but they're saying there's a potential trade to bring Chad Johnson to the Redskins.

They were talking about it on PTI as well. Not sure how true it is.

I know you have to be kidding about having never heard of Riggo. Otherwise I just grew ten years older.

If the 'Skins give anything other than a 3rd rounder, they're nuts. However, I put nothing past Snyder anymore.

What's wrong with me never hearing about him? As far as I know, he only comes on MASN (and I don't watch it 24-hours a day) and we just got ESPN radio here a few months back and I don't even listen to it because I can't stand Colin Cowherd or Stephen A. Smith.... so I just don't listen to it.

Riggo is a HOF running back...or should I say CRUSHING back...and he ran thru people.

by the way, the chances that this trade happens is around 1-2%. The Bengals would need a 1st and 3rd round pick or 2 2nd rounders, and even then the salary cap hit they'd take is too much. I have no doubt Synder is dumb enough to give away all his picks, but Mike Brown is too cheap to take a hit of what's estimated to be 8 million.

I'm not a hardcore fan, but I pull for them. The only team I watch and keep up with faithfully are the Braves and Carolina.

Sue me... never heard of him.

Colin Cowherd has never made a good point his entire career, and Stephen A.... well, Quite Frankly, he doesn't bring facts. he is obonoxious, loud, and usually wrong.

Stephen A is hilarious. Especially when he gets mad talking about Kwame Brown ( the worst player in NBA history)

The cap hit is to the Bengals. I worded that poorly. And they are too cheap to do that. The picks are asking for way too much, but you're right, they skins have a history of giving up to much for a trade.

It's a sad day when John Riggins is forgotten. Hall of Famer. One of the greatest running backs in NFL history. Hags, it has nothing to do with us being old, it has everything to do with espn generation being ignorant.

I had heard of Riggins but not until later in life when I got into sports a lot more. when he was in the Super Bowl I think I was still a baby
