hahahaha.... BRILLIANT!!!!

personally though, i dont really care what he used or when. its not congresses job to legislate what pro atheletes do or do not do with their bodies. there are a whole lot more things they SHOULD be spending their time on, namely:

illegals sneaking over the border
the Fed screwing over the economy
protecting the constitution from activist judges
lowering taxes across the board
privatizing social security so that it actually works (or just doing away with it all together and letting people keep their money)
allowing vouchers for public school kids to actually get an education in private school
cutting out waste in gov't so that the budget can actually be balanced
getting rid of welfare for lazy saps that do nothing but drain the economy

im sure i could think of a few more if i actually took more than 30 sec...
