Who Wins?

I think the Giants bring pressure on my Romo ALL day. I think the Giants will run all over the Cowgirls and take a very close and low scoring win.

I'm taking NY just b/c I want to see Eli rub it in Tiki Barber's smirking d-----bag face. And the Cowboys losing might make Jessica Simpson's dad cry which would also be fun.

I don't understand everyone's hate for Tiki. He is one of the most classy guys to play in the NFL in the last 10+ years.

who cares what Tiki thinks about Eli?? I just want to see Romo screw up again....that would be great

You've been watching too many Cadillac commercials, friend. Tiki publicly called out his own coaches not once but twice, publicly called out his own QB and teammates and, to top it off, publicly announced his retirement during the regular season. These things are the opposite of 'classy'.

I don't follow the Giants so I don't know about calling out his coaches and teammates, but there's nothing wrong with announcing your retirement during the season.

Nah, Cowboys win either way. The boys have a ton of weapons on offense not named Terrell.

Crayton, Witten, Fasano, Barber, Jones, Romo.

They are fine on offense without him.

If your gonna tell me Crayton would be half as good without TO taking every double team, your high.

Fasano had 14 catches and 1 touchdown.....Sam Hurd is a better weapon by far.

Terry Glenn will be playing also.

He did this as a player still on the Giants roster.

And, no, it's not OK to announce your retirement during the regular season, particularly in October when Tiki did it. It's a major distraction to the rest of the team.

cowboys didn't like fine without TO against the Redskins when they were still playing their starters. Cowboys are in a funk right now. Since hte Green Bay game, TO hasn't done a darn thing and the Cowboys have gone south with his performances - struggling to beat Detroit and Carolina and losing to Philly while being dominated by the Redskins when the cowboys starters were in the game.

If a player starts the game and knows he will be playing the first half against their #1 rival and he doesn't decide to bring his A game, then I question the heart of that player and don't believe that he is a championship caliber player.

The rivalries in the NFL are only rivalries to the fans, not the players.

Judging certain players who play for the money vs. the league as a whole is a stretch at best.

I don't think you could be more naive, Rocket. Manson is dead on. It's extremely rare that pro players have any serious "allegiance" to their franchise.
