As silly as this sounds, that loss is looking worse and worse. That's certainly a game check that isn't just putting a chink in our RPI.

Just in case you aren't paying attention, since beating us they have gone 2-4
with wins over Texas Southern and Stony Brook
and 4 Ls in a row to UNC, Indiana, UAB and a shalacking from Houston

So they are 1-1 against the City Of Houston in the past couple of weeks. For the record, the Coogs aren't that good either but that was a big victory for UH.

exactly, I'm just getting at the fact that LU got handled easily by a pretty average team, at best.

Now that we lost to Campbell, the Kentucky loss is the least of our problems.

Joe Crawford and Kentucky are just bad......kenuckywildcats
He was ranked a top 5 player 4 years ago along with Malik Hairston of Oregon out of Detroit Michigan.....both have failed to live up to the hype

Houston was tough last night. Not too many teams are going to come in and beat them if they continue to play like that.

Memphis will still beat them by 15 if they play that way

well UK unexpectedly did not have Patrick Patterson in the lineup. When you don\'t have your best player - who happens to be the only good post player on the team - it\'s going to be tough for them to win, especially when you are playing a pretty good Houston squad. nevertheless, UK sucks horribly.

Joe has had it rough this year. He has always had a bit of an attitude problem and now with Billy Clyde, he seems to not want to fit into the scheme. Kentucky has played poorly, but they have been without two starters for each game except the first. Meeks is bigtime and when they get Patterson back (and hopefully Jasper). I think they will make a run at the SEC (which is down).
As for Liberty's loss to them, I think it is overstating it a bit to look at it as a "bad loss". UK will be LU everytime at Rupp, maybe a bit closer on a neutral floor although the crowd was not a big factor as it was quite dead.

It's a bad loss if UK's RPI keeps sinking like it does everytime they lose. The traditionalist and of course the fan would say UK beats LU at Rupp everytime, but I bet you would have said that about G-W before that game as well. Gardner Webb has just lost 3 straight including their last game to Charlston Southern. Obviously they are not very good.

i bet you wish Jasper could take all of Ramel Bradley\'s minutes. That guy is a first-class jack***, such a selfish and stupid player. Even if he isn\'t jacking up shots, he\'s still selfish because he refuses to get the ball to wide open post players like mark coury in the houston game, and the coah benched him for like the last 10 minutes of the game for it! and ramel isn\'t worth crap on defense either, I don\'t like Crawford, but at least he shows up on one end of the floor most nights, bradley doesnt show up on either side of the court most nights. Kentucky has a top-flight PG coming in next year, maybe two if John Wall reclassifies to the 08 class and comes to UK which indicators show he very well could.

Dear Santa,
please bring FLAMESBBALL84 a new internet browser this year.
He has been a good balla, but his posts are unreadable and evidently bastardized by Apple technology, no doubt
thanks

i dont use apple or linux. apple is way overpriced for what you get in return and linux is a waste of time until it becomes more compatible with windows stuff. i actually compared an apple of almost nearly the same hardware specs with my computer. my computer actually ended up having somewhat superior hardware specs to said apple, my laptop cost 1200, the apple laptop of nearly the same specs cost 2000 bucks. im not about to pay 800 bucks for an operating system and sexiness factor. actually, if you compare any apple product with a near similar product from any other company you\'ll realize apple\'s markup is nearly as bad as jeans you find in abercrombie and fitch and other similar stores.
i blame al gore, hillary clinton, and duke.

looks like the \'cats bounced back today. first half was shaky apparently, but jow crawford and ramel bradley were suspended the first half, and jodie meeks didn\'t play, although I don\'t know why. UK started blowing out Tenn. Tech in the second half when crawford and bradley started playing. looks like the cats decided rebounding and defense were critical parts of the game along with getting patterson the ball today...

The apple isnt about the hardware.
It's about the style, the function, the dependability.

Here's an idea: don't use an appostrophe.

well my windows computer functions properly (other than this apostrophe thing here on flamefans, but thats no biggie), it\'s dependable, and I think it\'s pretty stylish looking, so why 800 bucks more?? lol

This simply isn't true. You may have had the same processor at the same speed with the same amount of memory, but if the Apple you spec'ed out cost more than an equivalent PC from another major manufacturer, I guarantee you left something off of the PC. It might not be something you wanted or needed, but something was missing.
The Apple price premium is a myth.

Apple isn't more expensive.

so its not true that Apple computers cost more than a Dell? Apples own product and market strategy are based around PREMIUM pricing (amongst other things), meaning their product will always cost more than the equivalent in other brands!

Skip the apostrophe and use a double quotation mark, because that slash mark is getting really irritating.
