racism or not...i think he cheated, and his legacy should be remembered just the same as bonds if he indeed is guilty.

If Roger didn't do anything then he wouldn't have had his lawyer come out with a statement. Once the lawyer is the first to make a statement on your behalf you are likely guilty.

Its called smart not guilty.....if they have no proof a lawsuit could result.

he almost has to sue now regardless of guilt or innocence...if his lawyer makes those comments and then nothing happens its pretty much an admission of guilt in my eyes...

I would agree with that, you can have a "witness" document all these accounts have no paper or money trail supposedly and not sue. I think if he wins that could though give a black eye to a very weak report anyway.
