Tired of hearing about the lack of black head coaches in college football. ESPN makes it out that all college programs are racist because there are only a handful of black head coaches. If a white guy is a better coach than a black guy, hire the white guy! If a black guy is a better coach, then hire the black guy! Gotta love affirmative action.... fighting discrimination with discrimination.

Well, I think there aren't enough white athletes in college football.

They need to make a rule that for every scholarship, you have to offer it to a white guy first, then a black guy if the white guy refuses...

Black's are a minority.
It sucks, but it's true.

So, in turn, they should be a minority in pretty much everything.

If America was populated by 10% blacks, then about 10% coaches should be black.

And 10% of athletes.

Neither of these is true, however, it goes both ways. Blacks (and I am not saying African American because, lets face it, not every black is from Africa) are usually gifted athletes, or at least they are predispositioned (not a real word, i know) to be a good athlete. Why? That's how God made them.

But when it comes to coaching, you are looking at x amount of candidates.

the majority WILL BE WHITE.

Why?

The majority of people in the US are white.

It's simple. Blacks are a minority. It sucks, but they are.

Sorry, I went on a rant, but I am sick of hearing this, too.

And if you somehow read this, and think I am a racist, then you need more help than anyone on this board can give you.

I think there should be more white people playing in the NBA, and I\'m not joking. Larry Bird said it on national tv in front of carmelo, lebron, and magic so I don\'t want to hear any backlash for this statement lol.

Frankly, you go with what's out there...As a black person Id like to see more black coaches in the NCAA or NFL but hey Im not gonna go throwing around the race card over it.
