Sports all have oddities that are either rumored to be true or factual...we all know a few so I figured let's try to post them all in one thread so maybe I'll learn something I never knew...
I'll start....if you want to become a millionaire develop a machine that can stitch up a baseball, they have yet to be able to make one that does not cause blisters on pitchers hands...as of right now the leather is placed in a box with a wound ball and sent over seas and hand sewn...yes...every baseball you see in MLB or MiLB is hand sewn...heck every baseball you see used for more than a novelty item
