Anyone else on here follow the EPL? If so, which team do you pull for?

I'm the ultimate front runner...I just pull for Robonino (sp) and I enjoy that kid with the seal dribble, but I dont think he's in the EPL yet

Man U
because everyone else does
In all seriousness, back in the day I followed Blackburn Rovers and Tottenham Hotspurs.
BOTH because I liked the name, initially

Blackburn's a good team for you. It's my little brother's favorite team.
As for United, I can't say what I think of them on this board.
It's better than what I think of Chelsea though.

I've been trying to get into soccer and have adopted Manchester City as my team. This was based on not wanting to be a front runner and the fact that they have cool uniforms. I couldn't tell you a single player on their team though.

That's what you have to do. Just pick a team and sellout to them. I finally picked a favorite "officially" at the end of last season. I just always found myself pulling for Liverpool no matter who they played, so I sold out to them.

It wasn't bad for the MLS, but he wasn't an injury magnet with the Galaxy, his popularity would have skyrocketed even higher.
However, the MLS need to have better talent like a Ronaldinho, or a Wayne Rooney, maybe even a Kaka.

No. Stop. You can't like two teams of the Big Four.

Yes, I can. However, I only said I was a supporter for Arsenal.

how can the MLS land some world class talent? its definitely better than what is was five years ago but how can the MLS compete with the premier league and other high class leagues?

They don't have the resources. But that's OK.

when a majority of people actually start paying any attention to soccer here in the US....there are many....enough to sustain the league i guess....but it won't get those kind of stars until it becomes bigger....not many teams can afford to do what the galaxy did...
