More reason for Braves' fans to mourn

The Braves have a major announcement scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.
It's expected that longtime GM John Schuerholz is stepping down and being replaced by his assistant, Frank Wren.

He was on campus a few years ago when Myrtle Beach was playing the Hillcats and took a tour and got to meet JF and stuff
This is no big surprise though...everyone knew it was just a matter of time...thats why I wish Dayton would have just chilled and held tight and then this would be all his. Oh well Franks a good guy.

Actually...it has been announced he is getting PROMOTED to team president. That is good news. Kastan's time has passed.

I think McGwirk (I guess that's how it's spelled) was the president and Kasten is now with the Nats.

Wren has a horrible track record as GM. Let's hope he learned something under JS.
