ECU - they were always viewed as the red-headed step child back in NC.

I don't have a problem with them, & if they do well, it helps the state of NC. But, I know a lot of people that view them just above a junior college.

I am very happy for Mack though. I speak with him at least once or twice a year. He was in broadcasting and is sort of a mentor of mine. I think he will do a great job. ECU is a place that can be successful. I am curious about the timing too. I hope they give him the job permanently if they haven't already.

that had to be tough on terry holland. he recruited ricky to UVA and they are very close.

Sometimes getting booted upstairs is in everyone's best interests. Ricky is a great guy and hopefully this works out for him.
