Barry Bonds files a lawsuit yet it isnt for Slander which EVERYONE else would do if they were wrongly accused....I love how some of these athletes like Barry and others say they dont have the time or even care to file a lawsuit against these guys for slander yet he has the time to "act" like a nice guy for his reality TV show....everyone was begging Raffy to file a slander suit against Jose yet now we all see why he didnt

You speak the truth. Now, if we could only get the records re-written. In my opinion Maris' record 61 still stands. As will Hank's 755 if Bonds should pass him.

Steroids don't make you see the ball better, and Barry Bonds sees the ball better than any person alive today. I'm not saying steroids don't help homeruns, however, it's quite obvious that Bonds is seeing,

Ahh, screw it, you guys hate him. No use defending the records here.

you know what it's not about the steroids for me, it's about the person, when I talked to a guy who played with BB for 15 years and he says they only spoke to each other about 20 times in 15 years, that says something about that person, I even go as far as to say he's a borderline racist....I love Giambi, Sheff, and they've all admitted to it....just don't talk to me like I'm an idiot, which is how I feel BB talks to the public

as far as seeing the ball better, your right, although a few of the ones he was on helped his fast twitch muscles which does allow him to get around better at the plate

I love the quote from the lawyers from the Book company that just printed this book...they said We'd love the chance for BB to sue us b/c we'll put him on the stand and then everyone will see.....

those guys arent playin around!

SJ--you make a good point. But as usual, "why am I always the one to straighten you guys out"

The steroids allows one to train harder, recover faster, get stronger, and hit the ball farther.

yeah, the train harder is the biggest thing, it makes you want to live in the gym, but not hit the ball further, the reason Barry has averaged somewhere around 30-40 a year and then pulls 71 (or whatever he got) was b/c of skill that he obtained at 37 (or whatever his age was)
