The Sporting News went from having a very good, very informative writer as their head I-AA guy (I forget his name, Matt something, I wanna say Daugherty (sp?) but I know that's wrong) to having the ultimate homer Dave Coulson as their leading I-AA writer.

I admit I groaned when I saw the news. Its all Appy all the time from that venue.

Matt Daugherty (sp?) did a solid job. I fear the worst from the rumormongering Mr. C. Those Chant fans have legitmate reasons to have issues with him.

I'm sorry but I stopped paying attention to that sheet when Daugherty was hired. His only qualification at the time was that he was a Villanova grad and it showed. He got better as time went on but, yeesh. Well, at least they'll have the Boone market locked up.
