This is a very interesting story....I would not be surprised to see Kyle at RCR...Jeff Burton was talking yesterday about there is a 90% chance that they will have a 4th car for next season...But how about Jr. playing 3rd fittle to Gordon and Johnson...

waaaay surprised by this one.
doing the math a couple weeks ago- I figured Hendrick was just out of rides, and that Childress would have been the obvious choice.
All the fans of Big E are going to have one big collective STROKE to see Little E and whiny-rainbow-boy as teammates.
even CONSIDERING Hendrick- would've thought Casey Mears would've have been out of a ride before the Shrub

Well, looks like I can go back to drinking Bud again. And to think I am going to Williamsburg Sept. 15th for the Bill and Mary game, maybe a stop to visit the Clydsedale's before the game? Priceless.

I find it ironic that Jr will be driving for the team....in the car (the BUD, I assume)...that his dad had some of his biggest on-track incidents with...when Geoff Bodine drove it. Those were some good moments when he and the 3 would get into it.

The deal is 5 years and it's interesting that they have not even gotten into the sponsorship deals...

That is not happening, I am watching the Press Conference and Hendrick just said that he will be in the #5 car for the rest of the year...
