Three run game, top of the 8th, and ESPN switches games? What the crap?

I'm pretty sure people in Virginia would rather see UNC vs South Carolina than two schools in Texas.

God I hate ESPN.

Speaking for Sly...
...EVERYONE would rather see two Texas schools than ACC/SEC ball.

It makes sense...showing the tie game over a 3-run game. If SC rallies...they will cut back to it. You're too young to remember...but ESPN pretty much invented the cut-aways when they used to carry the 1st and 2nd round NCAA hoops tourney games.

I understand cutting to it now that the Carolina game is over, or even if Carolina had been batting, but with USC batting it was a dumb time to cut away.

ESPN should've left it...ACC/SEC is always top-notch baseball, while Texas leaves something to be desired :P (begin counting down to Sly's response)

I'm not saying they shouldn't have switched to the Rice/A&M game. I was just bugged by when they did. It was right in the middle of USC hitting. Had UNC been hitting, I would've said nothing.

i would have rather not had them switch, but i understand it. i was glad when it was 6-0 when they switched because it was a bit boring. oh well at least the ACC won.
