^ good way of looking at it. i mean, if there was a ban, and i was a coach, i'd almost feel confident enough to still send a text. i wouldn't, due to being extremely paranoid, but it wouldn't be that risky.

This is a bad, bad deal for college recruiting and the whole argument to justify it is a load of crap. (Thank you, Ivies!)
Hopefully, someone from the SEC or some other real conference can get a hold of the Board's ear and this will be voted down. It's a long shot but it's not completely unheard of.
