Last week, Lowe's son, Sidney Lowe II, 21, was arrested on 22 charges stemming from the shooting and from another robbery in Greensboro. Charges filed by city police included robbery with a dangerous weapon, second-degree kidnapping and assault. Campus police chgarged him with possession of a weapon. Lowe was not charged with shooting the victim.
