I do too, but I'm not exactly thrilled that he's been there for 5 years, but he has 8 transfers on his roster. That's OK to get started if you're stocking a bare cupboard somebody else left you, but I don't like it as standard "recruiting" procedure. It's not even really recruiting in the normal sense, since you can only follow up with a prospective transfer after they contact you and express an interest first.
