The more and more I read and watch the video, the more I am convinced that Henderson hit Hansbrough with intent to hurt him. Also, Coach K is being a real &#s about it. Coach K even said the worse part of the whole thing is Henderson's reputation. Show some class you bum.

the ball was already out of Hansbrough's hands when that punch occurred. Billy Packer has a lot of gull to say thats a poor piece of officiating on National TV.

it's past the dook UNC rivalry, it's an insult to the game for something like this to happen.

Hansbrough said it was not intentional. let it go people. henderson got the suspension he deserved, and you won the game. what else do you want??

Did Henderson mean to foul Hansbrough hard and knock him down? Yes.

Did he mean to break his nose? No.

even if it was intentional....you guys mean to tell me that you've never EVER played a sport in which you took a dirty shot? ever?.....then you should call guiness because you deserve an award.....the dirty shots that i've seen traded between teams that hate each other is insermountable...this is the same exact thing....and i loved it....this just pours gasoline on one of the top rivalries in sports....

I hope people are sarcastic, but to say that it is better to have hansbrough hurt than Henderson have a bad reputation is really disturbing....when did you guys become such "p*%%y#"

hard fouls like this happen all the time in basketball, the only reason why it became the big deal is because it drew blood...the kid didn't mean to break the poor guys nose....I hate UNC/Duke equally and really could care less...

It was a hard foul...hard fouls happen sometimes....its not a big deal....get the freak over it

He didn't have to say anything. I think the fact that he did was to squash all the crap. But if I were Henderson, I don't think I'd go hard at the basket against Carolina at the Nose Dome next year, Stephenson will be waiting.
