Say what you want, but that is still impressive. I doubt there has ever been a Big South mens team ever ranked. I know that the top 25 is fairly recent (as opposed to the top 20), but still impressive.

Well, I'd love for our guys to be ranked. You should definatly be proud. But it is somewhat of a popularity contest. Afterall, I don't think it was your performance this past week that rocketed you into the top 25, that's for sure.

What did we do to be knocked in the past week? Two blowout wins and then beat a red hot VMI team that knocked off the 2 and 3 seeds, and had nothing to lose. Sometimes you just need to give credit to other teams playing well.

Now that made me laugh Fumble! Really though I am happy for Winthrop and I hope they win a game or 2 in the tournament. I have the mid-major arguement with my elitist friends every year and GMU and Winthrop, Gonzaga etc. give me fuel for conversation.
