Dunton's future--assistant coach or head coach?

I'm hoping RD will land better than Karcher and Hout did, whom I believe are both coaching high school teams again. With Randy's success as a recruiter, do you see him landing a job as a top assistant somewhere, or is he more likely to find another head coaching job?

Either one is highly likely. Randy has a ton of connections in the coaching world and as I said earlier in another thread, former head coaches make excellent assistants at the major level. I am sure Randy would like to run his own team but look no further than Jeff Meyer to see the benefits of being an assistant at that level. Jeff is compensated very, very well.

Somebody mentioned Binghamton as a possible move, given their fan base's dissatisfaction. I could see that.
