My sister and her freaking boyfriend came downstairs while I was watching the game and decided to lay all over each other on the couch, thus forcing me to leave the room and miss the rest of the game.

As a Redskins fan...
...one who roots against all things Cowboys...
...but I really thought Parcells would win this.

Chew on this stat...
...the Cardinals have won a playoff game more recently than the Cowboys.

I have always been a Cowboys fan, and I was so ticked at Romo.......I do like Alexander on the Seahawks.....

I thought Id throw this in as well:

On that final hail mary pass by Romo, if you look at where that ball landed in the end zone, there were two Dallas receivers within about a yard of the tipped ball that could have made a play on it: #83 Terry Glenn and #84 Patrick Crayton. If one of those two gets a little extra giddyup and goes after that ball, we are talking about this being one of the best finishes in playoff history.

missed the majority of the game- tuned in in time to see #81 drop a wide open 10 yd pass across the middle.

LOSER

thank God he got run outta Philly

I hate Dallas

While the muffed snap was crucial you can't blame Romo for the loss. Terry Glen fumbled the ball inside the Seahawks 5.

you can blame it on Romo b/c that one play single handedly lost the cowboys the game

in all honesty- neither the Cowboys nor Giants deserved to advance, and they did not.

both teams "peaked" (if you can call it that) too early in the season and have been on a downward spiral for the last 5-6 games.

the playoffs just have a way of sorting out who should legitimately be there and who should not.

Where's my man, SCAR, to back me up on this? maybe on some wilderness Man-retreat w/ SMOOTHIE?
they've both been scarce lately. :D

I'm just glad it was Romo. His hype was ridiculous.

For once To said the right thing in the post-game conference and didn't blame it on Romo.

I hate the Cowboys. Despise 'em. Loathe 'em. Always have, always will. (the DC team, too, but that's for another day) That said, Romo is a playmaker. I remember seeing Romo play in college (yeah, I'm serious) and I remember that, even then, the guy was pulling games out at the last minute. Unfortunately, he was usually the reason that the game had to be pulled out at the last minute. When I found out this year that he was starting for Dallas, my first response was, "This should be interesting." I can't say it wasn't.

The east Illy in Charleston, Ill. (pop. 22,000). Their game with Eastern Kentucky in '02 was an instant classic.

I remember us playing Eastern Illinois at City Stadium in I believe the '86 season. Their star TE was my next door neighbor. He was shocked when he saw at the game. OK< enough of my trip down memory lane. I despise Los Vaqueros more thsan the rest of you combined.

I'll settle for a tie- maybe.

Live in this area for a while and experience TRUE Philly hatred and then tell me.

Live surrounded by them and then have to deal with the players & owner on a regular basis and then come back to me.
