If you want to talk ASUN smack or ramble ad nauseum about your favorite pro or major college teams, this is the place to let it rip.

Ole Rocky Top committed over 200 NCAA violations, including probably every recruiting violation known to man (and woman). Once again the NCAA let them off the hook with a "slap on the wrist with a chicken feather".
NCAA thinks an 8 million dollar fine was punishment. (Tennessee can probably recoup that with one home game against a cupcake). Message to all the rouge schools: "set aside $8,000,000 for a fine, and cheat all you want with recruiting". If we catch you, just pay the fine.
Vols should have gotten at least a 3 year bowl ban, if not the death penalty.

SEC or not, Tennessee should have received the biggest penalty in NCAA history. They blatantly cheated in recruiting, to the point of buying recruits. Why no bowl ban, is unbelievable.

Ya'll bring back memories of the old basketball joke from 30 years ago, when UNLV would get caught cheating and NCAA would punish Cleveland State for the infractions.

I remember when mizzou got a bowl ban, a fine and a scholarship reduction because a rogue tutor starting doing homework for a few athletes and they made the mistake of self reporting it. There's never been a rhyme or reason to anything the NCAA does.

It’s the SEC! If you ain’t cheatin’, you ain’t tryin’! And now that Texas is going in it, just adding one more cheating school to the cheaters’ league. Brilliant!
