Short on cash, Sam Houston is issuing bonds to jumpstart their football stadium renovations.

This is would be phase one and likely start construction after this season. They still need to remove their track around the field but haven't found a place to build a T&F facility on campus.

Sly, thanks for posting this. I talked to a professor friend this week who graduated from both UTEP and SHSU and couldn't be more thrilled about attending both away games this fall in his home state!

It seems like half of the HCU administration and faculty are LU refugees. So I expect to see many familiar faces at games in Huntsville.
