The vols have received over $50,000 in donations to replace $6,000 goal posts. It might be cringey but you have to respect the hustle after a big win.

When I think of Scumbag football programs, I think of Tennessee. Buying recruits, worst sportsmanship of any school in America, worst fans in America.

Not the way Pruitt did. Tennessee should be on post season ban.

Just like Alabama did for years. Now it’s a more even playing field

I thought buying recruits was just the cost of doing business in the SEC.

I have no inside information
I have not seen this posted anywhere
I may be influenced by the scope of the game tomorrow
I am just going to make this outlandish prediction now.

Someone do a welfare check on PH. Maybe someone hijacked his account? Two consecutive posts about annual BYU and now ND in a bowl? Is he typing from a concert with a secondary high ?

Would have to win today and against Tech to have a shot at that one. Win out and I could see it.

ND is 3-3. They are having a down year after starting the year ranked. They don’t have any high profile wins. I’m feeling good about a win against Tech.
Again, it is an outlandish prediction but record and storyline wise feasible.

So Bama finally got their first decent win of the season over #11 Ole Miss. Every other team they have beaten has at least 4 losses.

But let’s look at Ole Miss, why are they #11? Who have they beat? Troy? Every other team they have beaten also has at least 4 losses.

just in case you guys wanted to see the overinflation of the SEC in action

Ole miss (barely) beat #7 Kentucky which is what catapulted them up in the polls and Kentucky was ranked that high because they beat #12 Florida. This happens every year in the SEC.
Texas A&M started the season ranked #6! :dontgetit

If Liberty and Alabama win out, they should meet in a bowl game. Both teams will have been 2 plays from being undefeated.

It's entertainment folks, which is business. Have to promote the product that brings in more eyes and money. The SEC and Big 10 brings in the most then the rest of the P5's. That's what the rankings show us, the profits of this industry. The frustration helps them as well, which makes those watch more of the product. Creating a protagonists vs antoganists concept is a great seller. Clearly it is still working from the comments in forums, live chats and social media

Those who do the rankings are not totally honest with themselves.
Notre Dame "won one for the Gipper", years ago. They're still getting votes for that win.
Every PAC 12 and Big 10 team in Top 25, is over ranked.

A healthy LU football team would play Alabama closer than 🏀 did.
