Back in the day, a Darius-length three or theones we say in the video would have gotten you benched. Bow it gets the rock in your hands more. That's why it is so difficult to compare eras.

Back when the 3-point line was first introduced it was basically a gimmick. Now it is the primary offensive weapon as kids going through summer ball have turned their focus toward demonstrating their accuracy in distance as a means to a scholie. Can't blame them at this point.
