And how about the Nuggsts? Such a fun story. Jokic and Murray are a great combo and they have some great pieces around them. I hope they spoil LeBron's fun. Haha

Doc will be fired.

Also - we went from almost sure fire LA vs Boston final to a real shot at Denver vs Miami. Oof.

Not good for ratings but I love the unpredictability of it. Denver is a fun team.

The fact everyone thought they were the best then they lost a 3-1 lead is a giant indictment on Doc.

It is but it is just as big of an indictment on PG and Leonard. They didn't score any points in the 4th and had some good looks!

Doc certainly takes the blame but when you get paid like PG and Leonard, you get a lot the blame too.

When you collapse like this, there is normally plenty of blame to go around.

But a ton of credit to Denver. They have played their best basketball with their backs to the wall and delivered. I look forward to the west finals. Denver finally get 2 days off between games, haha.

Dale Ellis was 5 for 8 behind the line
Xavier McDaniel pulled down 15 boards
Sam Perkins hit a few 3’s
Jack Sikma got injured
George Karl got ejected.

The closest I have ever been to the NBA (outside of the nose bleed section) was eating at the next table to Sleepy Sam. :D My brother went to school with George Karl’s daughter. Seattle needs some rain. And the Reign Man.

Have you seen Kemp lately? There’s plenty of Reign Man to go around!

He was traded to Phoenix and he was eliminated from the playoffs along with Dan Majerle and Kevin Johnson. Jeff Hornacek missed a shot at the buzzer to win

Boston needs some grizzled vets who know how to win in the playoffs. They are really lacking in mental toughness.

Alas, even with that, Boston probably sweeps Toronto or finishes them off in five and is at worse 1-1 against Miami if Gordon Hayward were available. Hayward always screwing the Celtics by getting injured.

I don't disagree but what Miami has done in the playoffs has been impressive.

I have bumped into Sean Kemp around Houston a few times over the years. Seeing him now bares zero resemblance to the physical freak that he was as a young Sonic.
