Anyone watch? Winthrop played pretty bad, but they've had a tough stretch of games so I guess it's to be expected. The real story here is Maryland, who is off to a 5-0 start, with a couple big wins. Its early, but watch for Marland to give UNC a run in the ACC.

Actually Kel they are 6-0. Winthrop played tired to me. No legs. It happens. Me and Realist had a brief conversation about this in the basketball thread.

but teams do that all the time. in conference it's worse. that's just an excuse. Maryland is really good. winthrop is good. they didn't have any answer to ibekwe(what ever)

winthrop though not playing their best still was in the game and had a very respectable showing. look out for the terps though....a very solid team.
