#14 Boston College falls to Vermont tonight, 77 to 63.
Way to go, B.C.

BC. Looks like they're going back to where they came from.

To Vermont's credit, they are no pushover.

Carolina beat them by 40 last year.

Yeah, I realized that after I posted the comment.
I was thinking of another team.

Two years ago, Vermont wasn't a pushover when they had Taylor Coppenrath and T.J. Sorrentine and beat Syracuse in the NCAA tournament. Both of those guys are gone, though.
Herb Sendek got off to a rough start at Arizona State last night, losing to Northern Arizona (the school I used to cover) at home.

Now the ASU faithful will know why State fans were so happy to get rid of him.

Vermont isn't a pushover, last year they had many caps to fill, they seem to be starting something special up there, so I wouldn't let last season dictate what you think of them. They have some decent players up there...

Speaking of Arizona State, what happened to former Duke center Eric Boatang. Is this his season to sitout due to the NCAA transfer rules?

didn't he transfer 2 years ago? I can't remember, but I thought he saw the writing on the wall with McRoberts coming in and last year was the year he sat out. I guess I don't know exactly when it was that he wound up at ASU. Shouldn't you remember that?

Eh, never kept up much with Boatang. You could see it coming a mile away that he was transferring when we desperately needed some post help and he never left the bench.
Didn't see him on ASU's roster though. Might have went back to Europe?
