How about them Longhorns going down in college football to the Wildcats on the road. I am sure SLY FOX is not happy about that.

Did Texas end up losing?

(Checking ESPN.com...)

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Go ahead, say McCoy got hurt. Make the excuses.

You're getting it from EVERYBODY on this one.

I tuned it in on IPTV just before K-State's final field goal (I remember hearing them question going for a field goal and then listening to the announcer as Snodgrass put a charge into that kick and drilled it right down the middle with about 3 or 4 yards to spare).

With all the ranked teams losing its gonna seriously shake up the BCS rankings

Florida or USC will be in the championship against Ohio St. or Michigan.

I am from NC, and UNC doesn't appear to be BSC contender anytime soon

UNC got Butch Davis so they'll be up there in due time.

they have so much talent now. This past season 25 of 28 freshmen redshirted. Top 25 class
Now, top 15 class, hopefully very few redshirts. It should be an interesting season

When Colt was injured, you could see this coming. Suddenly the Horns go from thinking aboiut a national championship to tryting to avoid more disasters if Colt can't get back soon. Ugh.

I just think it is interesting that the Big East schools get a rep of not playing good defense, yet K St. only put up 6 points on Louisville, but put up 45 on Texas.

BCS controversy AGAIN!!!

-I don't think we will see a UM/OSU rematch in the title game. Viewers won't be as excited about seeing the same two teams fight it out on a national stage twice in a month and a half. That would mean less $$$ for the powers that be.

-I would be surprised if Florida runs the table and completes the season with one loss.

-Arkansas is making a late run, but they still have LSU and (if they beat the Tigers) Florida in the SEC title game.

-USC has a monster schedule remaining. If they win out, they are in for sure...probably over a Florida team with only one loss.

-Notre Dame is still hanging around. If they beat USC (oh, and Army...) and get some help, they would make it interesting. The BCS guys would love to have that TV audience on Jan 1. I mean, Jan 3. Or is it Jan 6? Or whenever they are playing the championship game.

-Sorry, Rutgers is not going to be playing in the big game, but they do deserve a BCS bid.

-Boisie St.- What a nightmare for the BCS clowns. If they make it into a BCS game they won't be able to play on their own dumb blue field in a bowl game.

Did I miss anything?

Yes, if Michigan loses a close game, and Notre Dame wins out, will the Irish jump a team that spanked them earlier in the year?

You listened to The Herd this morning didn't you?

nobody gonna jump a team that beat them. and Rutgers has no shot at the title. Unfortunately. Just the thought of that going to a college team from JERSEY cracks me up. Its sorta like seeing your sister in a bikini. Maybe it fits but it just aint right.

Notre Dame is a joke...
