If he had been almost anyone else, his parole would not be so controversial and in national headlines.

It was a good job by the board considering only the botched robbery and his behavior over the past 9 years. It isn't easy to leave bias at the door.

If it had been anyone else he wouldn't have been sentenced to 33 years
