Would anybody like to revert back to a standard scoring format (5x5), in replacing the one we currently have? (7x7)

I kind of like the standard 5x5, but either is fine. Either way I'll finish second again.

There may be teams still playing that aren't posting here anymore, so I've decided to keep all 10 teams that played last year in the league.
I have re-balanced all divisions, I do this by using your average yearly placement, and 5 pots of 2 teams each randomly. Here is the alignment for 2017.

We can take that chance, or maybe kick out a team that didn't want to be kicked out. Everybody made roster moves last year, so it looks like everyone played.

sorry I couldn't make the draft guys. there was a big fire and a bridge kinda collapsed so i kinda had some issues.

Fortunately, I was able to continue my streak. Six regular-season division titles; zero championships. That has to take some skill.
