Tomorrow is "Black Monday" and we already hi jacked one thread, so I thought I'd start a dedicated one
It looks like some teams are desperate enough to give Chip Kelly another shot. Of course one is Cleveland so....
http://www.si.com/nfl/2016/01/03/chip-k ... ers-rumors
But both teams have QB's that would fit Kelly's system.
Here's the rest of the list

I think it would be a mistake to let Pegano go.

Thank you flamehunter for showing me my error. Sorry Purple for not paying attention and posting in the wrong thread! It has been a very LONG week!

Lovie Smith is out in Tampa in what is kind of a shocker. I figured he'd get one more year after showing some improvement this season.

Yeah it is. I thought he was the PERFECT coach for Jameis

Stupid move by TB. He needed at least one more year to turn things around.

That organization is a joke anyways but I really thought he'd get one more year.

Shaun King nailed it. You can give Raheem Morris three seasons but only give Lovie two? That's a teensy bit backwards.

Maybe, maybe not. An NFL team can do a lot worse than Marvin Lewis.

I think the fact his QB was injured saves his bacon this year.

I agree. But I'm also with Deon Sanders regarding the Brown hit. But reputation played a roll in that. Adam Jones' behavior should be enough to make a DB the Benga #1 pick on Draft Day. That penalty was completely preventable and played the deciding factor in the loss

I think JK is right. While he has not had playoff success, I think you can't deny his body of work, not to mention the fact that he lost Dalton at the worst possible time.
He has more 11 win seasons by himself, than the rest of the coaches in the history of the Bengals COMBINED if I read the stat correctly (that may be since the merger but I think that stat is for the entire team's history)

They are the Bengals and should feel honored go be where they are. They'd be silly to can their coach.

And maybe Colin Kaepernick can take his house off the market?

Also, Tom Coughlin has removed himself from consideration for the Philadelphia Eagles job, while his OC took the Giants HC job yesterday and Hue Jackson was introduced as the new head coach of the Cleveland Browns

This stop will be the litmus test as to Kelly's viability in the NFL. Mobile QB. Solid RB, if healthy.

He's incredibly immature, has real accuracy issues and has awful footwork. When he was, "solid", Harbaugh had to really dumb down the playbook. Kelly will work with him and put band aids on some of those weaknesses but Kaepernick isn't a franchise QB...even in Kelly's "system."
