Tennessee @ Florida

I caught the final ~5 minutes.
Tennessee deserved to lose. It is inexcusable not to go for 2 to go up by 14... but what really gets me: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, under ANY circumstances EVER bring the ball out of the end zone. The odds aren't in your favor. Take the ball at the 25.

It's absolutely the right call to not go for 2 to go up by 14. It's inexcusable to only get 5 plays off in 1:26 with 2 TOs.

Your thinking is... 8+3 = 11 so you kick the extra point for 12? I don't buy it. Worst case scenario with missed conversion is a tie... If you convert the 2 pt conversion you ensure a tie with 2 TD's... Which is what happened.

I caught the game winning TD while waiting to get a customer's order out of lockup in the backroom...absolute insanity. I think I could hear the faint cursing and calls for Butch Jones' job coming all the way from Tennessee

Long story, but I would root for ISIS to beat the Vols. Glad to see them lose a close one and choke it away.

ISIS? That's a tad extreme, isn't it?
I've got no problems with the VOLS. It's some of their fans that are the most annoying. I have never seen a more eager group of people ready to spend millions of other people's money and change coaches like they change socks in a desperate attempt to support a winning team and have some identity or meaning in their lives.
It wouldn't surprise me if a 3rd of their fan base is on Prozac.

it's always great to see Tennessee lose. I wish they would go winless every season, in every sport.

Are you just eternally bitter and cynical ballcoach?

Tennessee is just one of those teams I do not like. If one were to research NCAA violations, TN probably holds some sort of record for the most.

Truth be known, TN probably has more than SMU/Miami combined. Lot of shady dealing down on ole rocky top.
