I sincerely wish NCAA would ban music on PA system. I have been to many college football games over the years. I have yet to figure out what loud music adds to the game simply to make noise before the game and during time outs.
I know students like music, but no need to go over board just to have noise in stadium before game and during TOs.

After every play, the only standing/clapping/cheering that is allowed would be that which is similar to Wimbledon, and that the players must wear all white and the fans must dress in appropriate attire. Every player must also bow to the Royals' Box if they are on Centre Court.

The noise was so loud the QB had trouble getting play called. There should have been a flag on the play. One O lineman never came set and one moved before snap. That play was loudest I have heard fans in the 7 or 8 years I have been near end zone for every home game. But if it was that loud you'd still have to yell at the person next to you for them to hear you
