With 2.5 years left on his contract, he was obviously bought out. And what pays for that? Basketball. Is there another P5 anywhere that bball bails out football? WOW!
Off the top of my head, Kentucky or Duke? I dunno.

Much of the historic ACC schools, Temple and FCS schools like Villanova & Georgetown.

P5 = power five. As in, a school in the ACC, Big Ten, Pac12, Big12 or SEC.

It definitely had to be the case when we got rid of that clown Joker Phillips at Kentucky.

Don't go around Kentucky telling that to anyone. Hot topic in the state right now, even the non-sports folks in Kentucky aren't happy with how they became the most profitable since a large portion of that is coming at the taxpayers expense.
