A Sea Of Red

Their was a discussion on XM radio about a newer version of this article and that Liberty was ranked in it(with many jokes made by the show host of course, due to them being ranked with FSU, LSU etc). Does anyone know where to find it??

The date on that article is from February of this year, so unless they do this list multiple times a year I doubt there is a new list out there.
