After watching/listening for a minute or so, I started thinking "something is strange here, I shouldn't be understanding him as well as I am." then it hit me. He is speaking Spanish, not Portuguese. It's not unusual for a Brazilian to be fluent in Spanish; especially one who has traveled as extensively as Kaka, who played 4 seasons for Real Madrid. I assume he has another video in Portuguese, but he certainly can reach a lot more people by recording it in Spanish as well.
FYI, Kaka is not on the Brazilian squad for the cup this year. They certainly had a lot more/better options than the USA did in leaving Donovan off, but his omission still caused quite a controversy.

They have cut away to shots him constantly during coverage of the two Brazilian games.
He actually speaks fairly fluent English as well. He usually tweets in all three languages.
